We visited and were very disappointed. We thought it was extremely expensive for admission and cannot see how you can justify charging £2.50 per adult on top of the £6.50 per child! The play area was very restricted and my children said there wasn’t as much area to play in. 
The food menu we felt was very poor too, hardly any choice and was very expensive for the food that was on the menu. 
We all agreed that we much prefer the old tumble town and we probably won’t be making another visit as there’s other play areas locally that offer a better service for a cheaper price! Management at tumble town weren’t very accommodating or welcoming either which really put me off

Great play space but the time is very very limited. 

There was a queue to get in for the 11.30 session and we didn't get in until close to 12. Then 10 minutes before the end of the session, the staff told us to pack up. 

The kids got around 50 minutes of play. If you don't get there first and get in first, I'm afraid it's not worth spending the 6.5£. There are play areas that are cheaper and there are no time restrictions. Same play space quality also. Here we paid for the convenience of it being close to home. 

If the sessions will be longer in the future, we would visit. If not, I'm sorry but not for us

Kids loved it. We've never been before so can't say what it was like. The only problem is the price of food. For a hour and half it cost £22 to get in for 3 children 2 adults. Then another £21 for food £43 is alot for hour half's play. We wanted a childs salad was told you don't do them. Not every child eats pizza or bread so the soft play is nice but I wouldn't go at meal time again

We booked our arrival time but due to the queue to get in, we didn't get checked in until 10 mins later which is deducted off our time. When looking at the menu,.it was very limited. Our children used to enjoy the children's meals of nuggets and chips and those alike, there isn't even the option for a side of chips and the new menu is over priced. The drinks prices were so high, we stuck to one drink rather than the couple we would usually buy. Wasn't overly impressed with our visit and feel the entry system needs looking into and the food menu needs to be made more friendly for all people and all budgets.

Very impressive renovation, well organised and friendly staff with a smile.  My daughter loves to play there.  I didn't give the final star, as the online booking system was a bit clunky and there is no option at weekends to book around 3pm, after nap time.  I am sure these will be addressed, and it's not enough to put anyone off.  I will be visiting again soon!

After months of being closed, it was nice to know that Tumble Town has opened again as my daughter loves it here. The place looks clean (even the toilets) as what my daughter said. The seating area has improved too with more seats and tables for guardians. The booking system is convenient however, I feel like the price has really gone up and our session was supposed to be 1 hour 45 mins but after an hour and a half, one of the staff said our session was over.

Firstly, as soon as we got to the entrance it wasn’t a friendly hello, they asked me 5 times what my child’s name was. Which is fine, I know you can struggle to hear, but it was the rudeness in their voice!! I paid for one child, extra adult and an under 1 and as we were going through the door the woman shouted to us that we should have paid for the other child which I told her we had for her then to shout ‘an extra adult is not a child’. When she finally saw her error she tried to apologise but she had already shouted in front of the whole line. Secondly, part of the air vent fell on the floor which could have hit a child, instead of cordoning off the area, the man in charge simply asked a family to put it somewhere for him and did nothing else. Thirdly, the way the man spoke to the older children in the baby area was rude to say the least. I understand they can’t be in there but have a bit of tact with children. In my opinion there was nothing wrong with how it was before and it’s become a busy mess. Not recommend anymore and I’ve been coming for years.

Great refurbishment and new toddler area. Cafe prices reasonable, the price for extra adults a bit too much seeing as the child’s entry fee has increased too.

A little un organised and it seemed the staff are still getting to grips with the systems. Keen to state 'rules'.  I arrived a little before 9.30 and the worker stressed that they don't start until 9.30. it was raining!  The session ended on the dot with both workers approaching us and making it clear it was time to go. Bit rigid for us,! The equipment is a mixture of old and new. Little there for babies no ball pool. The only electronic equipment activity was broken. Could do with a pram area but cluttered!

Absolutely stunning! Have been going to tumble town for years and became a regular since having my little boy! And we have always loved it! But even more so with the new look! My little boy had so much fun visiting for the first time in months after the recent flood, he truly enjoyed it and we booked again instantly after leaving! Thank you x

Like how the seating has changed. It was good that the older children were advised to not be in the baby area. Only experienced the baby area which I would say was lovely. Food prices were quite expensive for a play centre. Overall lovely experience.

A little disappointed. We didnt get into tumble town until 15 mins into our time but when it was time for us to finish the staff were very strict that we went on time. The prices with having to pay for adults is silly considering adults are supervising the children and not actually playing. Tumble town’s always been great for my but disappointed they don’t offer discount for twins. It’s an expensive trip for parents with twins so will only go occasionally. Had there been a twin discount, we’d be there all the time

New menu has fewer choices for higher prices, however, plenty of random apostrophes were thrown in for free...

Facilities and equipment were fresh & clean, revised layout was great, majority of the staff were extremely welcoming, my 4-year old had a whale of a time. 

We'll return but I'll definitely come prepared with my thermals!!

Nottingham's longest-established indoor play centre now, uniquely with both Soft play and Role play available under one roof. You can either choose to book just the soft play or also book the Roleplay and get to enjoy the whole play centre in one visit. 

The Role Play area can only accommodate 20 children during each session and is strictly for 6 years and under.

Please note that role play is for 1.5 hours

It was our first visit to Tumble Town and my almost 3 year old loved it! She loved switching between the soft play and role play area. The whole place was clean and the children’s toilet were great to see, as my daughter was able to do everything independently as she could reach it all. We will definitely be back and I have recommended to other parent friends.

Have been coming to tumble town for years, but it is much cleaner and brighter than it ever has been before. It isn't expensive to get in (my daughter is under 18 months) 
The costs of drinks and food has gone up, but personally I feel that is to be expected with the times.

My LB absolute loves the role play area, I do think some parents need to stay with their children  when It comes to the play area as one I little girl who couldn't of been older then 2 was on her own shouting for her parent the whole time and no one came to her and was no where to be seen.

Took my 3 year old and 9 month old. Really good value for money for the two hours with role play and soft play. Enough to entertain both. Only thing was all the building blocks were zipped open so had to make sure youngest didn't touch in the inside foam and no lock on toilet door. Food also looked good value for money and coffee was nice 🙂 would come again.

The place has such good potential however a couple of things really concerned me and I would not want to take my children here again. The place was freezing cold with limited heating, children were shivering including mine. Twice I have been here now and the first time I assumed it was down to a heating fault, however returning again it was worse than last time. Staff were not very friendly at all.

It was absolutely FREEZING inside however and the staff on my visit just looked like they didn’t care at all which is a shame as it’ll put me off booking again

Been twice within the last month and it’s safe to say we will not be returning. The place itself is way too cold, my daughter was shivering. Same when using the water to wash hands - ice cold. As for the staff, was made to feel both times like we were being watched and made to feel very uncomfortable. I have now received a refund for the last time we visited but we definitely will not be returning. It is a shame because the soft play and role play itself are great.

I have been visiting tumble town for a number of years. with my own son when little, and now my grandson.  It is a great place for children to run around and have fun.  There’s also a role play area brilliant for their imagination.  The staff are very friendly and have a good selection of drinks and snacks.  An ideal safe environment for young children.

A good place for little ones to burn some energy however the food is over priced with a pizza priced at £10 and it honestly didn't look gourmet, more like something you could pick up at iceland. ( not knocking iceland ) just saying its not worth £10. 
The kids box meals are also very limited with a hand full of items to choose from 2 of them yogurt same flavours different packaging and only 2 selection of crisp to choose from. If your child dosn't like one of the two options you have to pay for their other options available ontop of the box meal all ready at £5.50.
I do like the booking system they have in place as it stops it becoming over crowded and the 1hr 45 minute play is a good price at £6.50. Staff are friendly and polite.

Ideal for a rainy day activity, however me and partner was a little disappointed; it was very cold (when sat at our table for a snack we put our jacket and shoes on to keep warm!
Spent £19 on 2x coffees, 2x tea cakes and 2 bacon cobs and a fruit shoot!
Coffee didn’t taste good, tea cakes cold and no chance the butter was going to melt.
However bacon cob was alright.
I would go back in the future but would opt for other soft plays.
If it’s cold I would ensure you have warm clothing by on and don’t bother with the coffee. Overall very clean and staff was very friendly and helfpful.

Havent even gave a star parked up to then have some man who worked there telling me I can't park there I tryed walking off as my grandsons looked worried with the man shouting followed us carrying on until we booked in the place is freezing cold even my grandsons kept saying they was cold ordered 2 flat whites just come as strong coffee never been a flat white all the toy games and machines are card only staff all miserable no smiles nothing  only had a hour to play cuz man outside just didn't stop going on when we left both my grandsons said they never want to go back they didn't enjoy it at all very very disappointing  wouldn't have given any stars but you have to give a star to put review up

I like tumbletown as a whole. Their play area is good, plenty of tables. There’s a good range of food being sold. I’ve knocked two stars off for two reasons, firstly I find it’s now really expensive for both play areas, especially considering the new make believe area is rather small and there’s no seating to be able to see your child inside. Number two it has been absolutely freezing the last couple of times I’ve attended and when raised they said bills had gone up. But so have the prices to cover it?! I find it terrible that my two year old was freezing. Which is fine in another setting but she’d struggle to climb properly in her coat. I think if they put the heating on and left the price as it was it wouldn’t be so bad. Thanks

This is the 3/4th time I’ve been and it’s really really unbearably Cold it didn’t warm up the whole session, no hot water in the toilets or warm hand dryers to get warm or take the chill of children’s hands.

I came to tumble town today for the first time in 15 years but will not be returning. It was absolutely freezing and when I questioned about the heating being turned on they said it was on but definitely wasn't. Every adult was sat in coats and all children had red noses and freezing cold hands we had to leave early. My friend questioned this and they said we'll come to a later session when it will be warmer. NO you open up 2 hours earlier to warm the building up this is not a cheap softplay. Was not at all impressed.

Really impressed with Tumble Town! My two year old had a wonderful time and stayed busy the whole time! The space is well appointed and, clean and tidy. The food and drinks are of a high quality and reasonably priced. (luxury hot chocolates are divine!) I really liked how there was plenty to do for the younger children. Soft plays that I have been to in the past have not had the same level of facilities to entertain the little ones. I think I have found our new regular soft play.

Took ten minutes for someone to come to the door to let us in even though the staff serving could see us. The soft play is great. I would also expect the role play area to be available for the full time slot and not close 15 minute prior. The price for adults/parents to go in is unnecessary as the price is already high enough.
