The Role Play area can only accommodate 20 children comfortably. Although this is open this  to all children from 18 months to 8 years it can get crowded during busy periods

Please note that role play is for 1.5 hours. closing 15 mins before the end of the whole session to allow for tidying

It was our first visit to Tumble Town and my almost 3 year old loved it! She loved switching between the soft play and role play area. The whole place was clean and the children’s toilet were great to see, as my daughter was able to do everything independently as she could reach it all. We will definitely be back and I have recommended to other parent friends.

Have been coming to tumble town for years, but it is much cleaner and brighter than it ever has been before. It isn't expensive to get in (my daughter is under 18 months) 
The costs of drinks and food has gone up, but personally I feel that is to be expected with the times.

My LB absolute loves the role play area, I do think some parents need to stay with their children  when It comes to the play area as one I little girl who couldn't of been older then 2 was on her own shouting for her parent the whole time and no one came to her and was no where to be seen.

Took my 3 year old and 9 month old. Really good value for money for the two hours with role play and soft play. Enough to entertain both. Only thing was all the building blocks were zipped open so had to make sure youngest didn't touch in the inside foam and no lock on toilet door. Food also looked good value for money and coffee was nice 🙂 would come again.

The place has such good potential however a couple of things really concerned me and I would not want to take my children here again. The place was freezing cold with limited heating, children were shivering including mine. Twice I have been here now and the first time I assumed it was down to a heating fault, however returning again it was worse than last time. Staff were not very friendly at all.

Really good soft play and it’s nice that there is a new role play area too.
It was absolutely FREEZING inside however and the staff on my visit just looked like they didn’t care at all which is a shame as it’ll put me off booking again

Been twice within the last month and it’s safe to say we will not be returning. The place itself is way too cold, my daughter was shivering. Same when using the water to wash hands - ice cold. As for the staff, was made to feel both times like we were being watched and made to feel very uncomfortable. I have now received a refund for the last time we visited but we definitely will not be returning. It is a shame because the soft play and role play itself are great.

I have been visiting tumble town for a number of years. with my own son when little, and now my grandson.  It is a great place for children to run around and have fun.  There’s also a role play area brilliant for their imagination.  The staff are very friendly and have a good selection of drinks and snacks.  An ideal safe environment for young children.

Quite small, very busy but very well kept and very clean, food is overpriced so eat before you go or after. My son really enjoyed himself will definitely return

A good place for little ones to burn some energy however the food is over priced with a pizza priced at £10 and it honestly didn't look gourmet, more like something you could pick up at iceland. ( not knocking iceland ) just saying its not worth £10. 
The kids box meals are also very limited with a hand full of items to choose from 2 of them yogurt same flavours different packaging and only 2 selection of crisp to choose from. If your child dosn't like one of the two options you have to pay for their other options available ontop of the box meal all ready at £5.50.
I do like the booking system they have in place as it stops it becoming over crowded and the 1hr 45 minute play is a good price at £6.50. Staff are friendly and polite.

Ideal for a rainy day activity, however me and partner was a little disappointed; it was very cold (when sat at our table for a snack we put our jacket and shoes on to keep warm!
Spent £19 on 2x coffees, 2x tea cakes and 2 bacon cobs and a fruit shoot!
Coffee didn’t taste good, tea cakes cold and no chance the butter was going to melt.
However bacon cob was alright.
I would go back in the future but would opt for other soft plays.
If it’s cold I would ensure you have warm clothing by on and don’t bother with the coffee. Overall very clean and staff was very friendly and helfpful.

Havent even gave a star parked up to then have some man who worked there telling me I can't park there I tryed walking off as my grandsons looked worried with the man shouting followed us carrying on until we booked in the place is freezing cold even my grandsons kept saying they was cold ordered 2 flat whites just come as strong coffee never been a flat white all the toy games and machines are card only staff all miserable no smiles nothing  only had a hour to play cuz man outside just didn't stop going on when we left both my grandsons said they never want to go back they didn't enjoy it at all very very disappointing  wouldn't have given any stars but you have to give a star to put review up

I like tumbletown as a whole. Their play area is good, plenty of tables. There’s a good range of food being sold. I’ve knocked two stars off for two reasons, firstly I find it’s now really expensive for both play areas, especially considering the new make believe area is rather small and there’s no seating to be able to see your child inside. Number two it has been absolutely freezing the last couple of times I’ve attended and when raised they said bills had gone up. But so have the prices to cover it?! I find it terrible that my two year old was freezing. Which is fine in another setting but she’d struggle to climb properly in her coat. I think if they put the heating on and left the price as it was it wouldn’t be so bad. Thanks

This is the 3/4th time I’ve been and it’s really really unbearably Cold it didn’t warm up the whole session, no hot water in the toilets or warm hand dryers to get warm or take the chill of children’s hands.

I came to tumble town today for the first time in 15 years but will not be returning. It was absolutely freezing and when I questioned about the heating being turned on they said it was on but definitely wasn't. Every adult was sat in coats and all children had red noses and freezing cold hands we had to leave early. My friend questioned this and they said we'll come to a later session when it will be warmer. NO you open up 2 hours earlier to warm the building up this is not a cheap softplay. Was not at all impressed.

Really impressed with Tumble Town! My two year old had a wonderful time and stayed busy the whole time! The space is well appointed and, clean and tidy. The food and drinks are of a high quality and reasonably priced. (luxury hot chocolates are divine!) I really liked how there was plenty to do for the younger children. Soft plays that I have been to in the past have not had the same level of facilities to entertain the little ones. I think I have found our new regular soft play.

Took ten minutes for someone to come to the door to let us in even though the staff serving could see us. The soft play is great. I would also expect the role play area to be available for the full time slot and not close 15 minute prior. The price for adults/parents to go in is unnecessary as the price is already high enough.

We visited between Xmas and new year for a break! 
We had a fantastic time!! I was pleasantly surprised how much there was to do. My disgusted is nearly 7 so she is in the in between stages of soft play but there was plenty for her to play on and it was packed full of children so she made lots of friends. 
The coffee was nice although quite heavily priced IMO. My mum ordered a chip cob which was not great, they use fries not chips therefore, that we disappointing as was the portion ( more fit for a child than an adult and were small framed so not overeaters). 

Overall our experience there with staff and the activities was great so happy to give 5 stars for this . But my advise would be take your own food / drinks or snacks etc to avoid heavy costs. 

I used to go here when I was a child … over 30 years ago and it’s still a lovely soft play. We shall be coming back that’s for sure.

Tumble Town is amazing!
The only thing I would ask to change is in the under 4’s section.  There are arts on the second level that toddlers can’t get over meaning parents have to go in with them.  If they were replaced then my child could go in alone and access the slide by herself :)
You have lower humps on the ground level which would be perfect.

Staff was super friendly and very helpful, my sister brought her 9 month old they went in the area set out for his age but it wasn't that good the mirror was the only good thing for him and that's been placed at the bottom of a slide the other children with us enjoyed the rest of it though. We think a separate play areas for little people again would be better

Felt really let down on my recent visit. Haven't been in years, but thought I'd take my 10 month old. The area for the babies is rubbish, not really alot for them to do. The previous area they had sectioned off for the babies was so much better. Plus there were feral children who were clearly older than age requirement for that area, so it wasn't very safe for the babies either. Who's supposed to check these things? Also.. Who puts a mirror at the end of a slide. All great fun playing with the mirror, then get booted by another kid coming down the slide. The design is really flawed and needs looking into aswell as more stuff for babies.

I felt the price for the soft play and Role play was more than it should have been. It wasn’t set up to a standard to explore and not very inviting. You had kids who were clearly older then ten abusing the soft play with my toddler getting bumped multiple times within the under 4 section. My 10 year old sister assisted my son around the areas without taking away his enjoyments and the rules of the soft play. Which is of expected less from a 10 year old then some of 12+ kids being idiots.

Lovely place children loved it, but when ordering food the cashier just didn’t smile and looked as if they didn’t want to be there, they didn’t talk at all only to say the price then when bringing food to the table they didn’t say a word just plonked the food down even when I said thank you they just walked of. Manners and smile goes along when especially in a children play centre.

Not alot for smaller babies to play with. Maybe a ball pit or some more toys in the soft play for those that aren't yet crawling or cant climb.
